Hi friends!

Lindsey

Leading Wedding Planner

Owner of Pretty Little Plans Co.

If there was a party growing up, chances are I was the one planning it—Christmas Eve open house? On it. Baby shower? I had a theme, a playlist, and a Pinterest board before Pinterest even existed. Sometimes, I’d plan events just because I liked the excuse to design and get have a reason to make a checklist.

That love for bringing people together eventually led me to UNC Charlotte, where I became social chair for an honors fraternity. (Still not sure if that’s a nerdy flex or a cool one—but let’s go with both.)

My official wedding planning origin story began with my brother and sister-in-law’s big day. I helped plan their wedding and instantly knew yep, this is my thing. After learning the ropes with an amazing wedding planning company and mentor, I decided to take the leap in 2022 and start Pretty Little Plans Co.—and I haven’t looked back.

These days, I plan love stories all over the place—from vibrant Florida weddings, the mountains in VA or NC to dreamy destination celebrations. I’m a laid-back, quick-on-my-feet kind of planner—someone who can pivot when things go sideways and still make it look like it was totally part of the plan. Bonus points if I can make you laugh while doing it.

When I’m not fluffing veils or wrangling timelines, I’m a new mom to a spicy little girl and a dog mom to a Frenchie, Winston (yes named after New Girl), who may have two working brain cells—but he’s working them hard. My husband (an occupational therapist by day, wedding setup MVP by weekend) got roped into the business early and now secretly loves it.

A few fun facts: I’m usually carrying at least three drinks at all times (none of which I finish), I can quote New Girl with alarming accuracy, and I’m probably going to become your best friend by the end of this whole planning thing.

So... if I sound even mildly interesting to you, I would love hear your love story and start dreaming up the day that feels just like you.

Meet My Fav Gals

aka the dream team

Kassy

Kass and I met while we were both basically babies getting into the wedding industry. Somewhere along the way she discovered she was an absolute floral powerhouse, and I discovered I should never touch eucalyptus again because… turns out I’m very allergic. Over the years Kass has easily become one of my best gals — the one I would choose to do weddings with over and over again. Five years later she’s now the owner of Seven Sisters, a floral and backdrop company (go peep the wedding gallery — most of the flowers are hers!). She also has the sweetest daughter, who just so happens to be my daughter’s best friend, so you could say our worlds overlap in the best way. When you meet Kass, you’ll instantly love her — it’s honestly hard not to.

Heather

Heather and I met at my first “big girl” job. At first, her attention to detail and no-BS personality had me shaking in my boots a little, but over time I realized she was just really good at what she does — and she quickly became one of my best gals. I mean, my husband and I even moved from Florida to Georgia, and being closer to her was definitely one of the perks. Heather spent 10 years as the Program Director and Senior Dog Trainer for a well-known service dog organization, so patience, organization, and attention to detail are basically second nature to her — all things that just so happen to be very helpful in the wedding world. She has three amazing pups of her own, so if there are animals at your wedding, you will absolutely find Heather with them… most likely cuddling.

Ask Me About My Dream Destinations!

You already know—I’m a travel girlie through and through! I’ve got a list of dream wedding destinations, and if yours happens to be in Europe (a French château? say less. Lindsey in Paris? Now that’s a Netflix series waiting to happen) or out West (“I do’s” on a mountaintop? I’m already packing my hiking boots), we’re basically soulmates. Let’s make both of our dreams come true—bonus: I’ll waive the package price.
